Welcome Reception - Thursday, Aug 15, 2019, 6-9pm
Please join us on the Platinum Patio for a fun start to the Inaugural Meeting! This is a casual event; food & drinks provided.

Professional pictures of your family and friends will be taken at all events. Please come prepared if you want photos done with your family, which can be done at any of the receptions or at the beach! Sign up sheets will be available at registration table when you arrive.
Beach time! - Friday, Aug 16, 2019, 7:15am - 12:30pm
Join us in Surf City USA (aka Huntington Beach) to enjoy some fun in the sun. Huntington Beach is known for its beaches and fun activities along the pier and boardwalk. We will be providing breakfast and lunch at the beach.
We will be providing transportation to those who need it (Please let us know at americanretinaforum@gmail.com).

Cocktail Party - Friday, Aug 16, 2019, 5-9pm
5-6:30pm - Bring your kids to start off the party. Dinner for the kids will be served and we have a fun Magic show planned for all age groups from 5:30-6pm.
6:30-9pm - Meeting attendees can join us after the scientific meeting concludes for Cocktails and appetizers. And of course, more magic!
Free day for guests - Saturday, Aug 17, 2019
This day is a great time to go to Disneyland! Parks open at 8am, We will provide breakfast from 7-9am in the conference area so you can eat before you go. Transportation to the parks is easily available via the paid shuttle OR you can catch the free shuttle from the Disney parking lot, which is located across the street from the hotel.
